The Perfect Forest Product - Quail

You can not ask for a product more perfectly produced by the forest than a bobwhite quail. This official state game bird of Georgia loves open woodlands with some cultivated edges. It is hunted in the South starting in November.
Quail is a delicious, delectable bird to eat and a real treat to hunt. I have documented a real southern quail fry and BBQ. These 150 birds were harvested in Alabama, USA over the Winter of 2003-2004.
