"In Colorado, near Buena Vista, Chaffee county.  The timber type is Ponderosa pine transitioning to Doug fir and lodgepole... I was given a task to thin and fireproof and by gollies I am.  I marked it for fuel wood and got 232CCF to sell, then these ya-hoos showed up and we ex-ped-iated the project.  It ain't done yet but getting there.  The 20 person crew is from Denali Alaska, one of three hotshot crews that call Alaska home.
