Galax - Galax aphylla

These small milk-white flowers are on top of a long leafless 10 inch floral stalk.  The leaves are shiny, heart-shaped and evergreen.  The plant is more widely known for the leaves which turn a bronze red in winter and used as floral decorations.   The flower is also known as coltsfoot because of the shape of the leaves.
