Forestry Work Boots - A Woodsman's choice
Foresters, Rangers and Loggers Pick Their Favorite Work Boot

"Your feet are the only two feet you got for your whole life and they will always be the ones who take you where you need to go. Treat them like kings because without them your face would be in the dirt."
  -  Tyson Schultz, Oregon Logger

A discussion on the About Forestry forum has provided several recommendations for purchasing forestry/logging grade boots.  I thought I would pass this information along and provide links to some of those recommended companies that have Internet sites.  You can purchase many of the boots right from this feature.

The Boot Poll

Users of these boots have had years of experience in the woods and, to my knowledge, have no particular connection to any of the boot companies.  They are professionals that regularly post at the About Forestry Forum.  About Forestry does not endorse any of the recommendations and has no endorsement agreement with any of the boot manufacturers.

With that out of the way, look at some of forestry's favorite boots.
