Great camp, cabin and RV soup recipe tested by the ultimate outdoorsmen! This recipe was developed for two forest rangers with limited provisions and storage and taken from The Lookout Cookbook, 1938. U.S. Forest Service, Region One.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of corn
- milk (amount desired)
- salt and pepper
- butter (to taste)
Preparation:
Heat canned corn. Then add desired quantity of milk to mixture, add salt, pepper and butter to taste, heat and serve.
