Range: A fixed distance between two points, such as between a starting and an ending waypoint or a satellite and a GPS reciever..

Route (also see leg): A group of waypoints entered into the GPS receiver in the sequence you desire to navigate them.

Satelite Array or Constellation: The arrangement in space of a set of satellites.

Track (log): The direction of movement relative to a ground position. A track log is a collection of data of those movements.
