Sale Conditions - Buyer Agrees, Seller Agrees

First, you need to accept and settle on a final price for the harvested wood. Make sure that you have a maximum payment date locked into the contract.
There are numerous sale conditions that both you and the buyer must agree to. List these in the contract separately using the next two steps as a guide. This is also the section you indicate penalties for contract violation.
Always remember to include a time frame for when the timber is to be cut!

Important point to remember: This contract, in addition to trading property for money, should define what you expect the harvest site to look like after the sale. The more the contract can assist you in this effort the better, even if it increases the content of the contract.
